Installation

Life Tyme Systems employs all its own installation technicians to assure a professionally installed system. Our technicians are certified, trained, licensed and bonded.

Installation involves different phases of work depending on if its new construction or an existing building. New construction installations are coordinated with the builders to insure a timely installation of wiring and equipment.

Rough In Phase: We will install all the rough in materials such as the pre wire of all necessary cables, boxes and brackets, to supply audio and video to the different pieces of the system. This is done prior to the insulation and sheet rocking of the building. We will work in junction with the other trades, ex: electricians, plumbers, HVAC, and carpenters to complete the job. Great care is taken to make sure the project is wired completely.

Finish Phase: This is when we will install all “build-in” or “attached” products into the project. This is usually done around the same time as the electricians are installing light fixtures and plumbers are installing plumbing fixtures. Products we will be installing include: In-ceiling or in-wall speakers, wall controls and keypads, phone, TV, computer network and speaker plates.

Demo/Hook-up Phase: Now the fun begins! We will install this phase after the house is completed and the owners have moved into the home. All the audio and video equipment will be installed, tested, programmed and calibrated to maximize the systems performance. When the system is completed we will then do a system orientation with you to explain and demonstrate the systems operation. We will answer any questions you have and leave you with a complete set of equipment operation manuals and even a “cheat sheet” just in case you need them. We’ll pop in a movie for you and leave while you enjoy your first movie or music soundtrack with your new system.
